本項資料為嘉義市政府106年辦理「嘉義市客嘉尋源-為隱性客家人發聲」委託調查研究案，藉由嘉義客庄基礎資料調查及運用地理資訊系統（GIS）軟體，建置「嘉義客家資料庫」，包括嘉市客家族群分布區域、客家建築與景點、產業及生活文化聚落、推動團體等。
