本國與外國發明專利申請趨勢分析

為探究我國與外國在臺灣專利申請件數之消長概況與十大新興工業發展趨勢，經濟部智慧財產局每年於該局專利資料庫，擷取近三年之原始數據，比較「本國人與外國人」、「本國五大直轄市與新竹縣市」、「十大領域」、及「申請發明專利前十大國家（地區）」申請數量的消長情形；進一步就十大領域，比較「臺灣與外國前五大國家」、與「本國及外國指標性申請人」申請數量的變化。另外針對臺灣受理之發明與新型專利，比較前十大本國法人（含大專院校、公民營企業機構、及國家級研究機構）的申請概況，供各界參考。
