操作說明：https://soweb.kcg.gov.tw/open1999/ServiceRequestsQuery.asmx/ServiceRequestsQuery?startdate=&enddate= 若不給起訖日期，則為近期之六百筆案件，日期格式範例為：20190101 日期最大區間限制為一年，只需將起訖日期加在網址最後之startdate及enddate即可使用
