商品與服務國際（尼斯）分類

我國商標指定使用商品及服務之分類，係採用世界智慧財產組織商品與服務國際「尼斯」分類之原則。尼斯協定商品及服務國際分類每5年總體檢討更新版本1次，自2013年起，每年就該版本另作微修調整，本局自2002年1月1日起參照尼斯分類最新修訂版本內容。
