徵兵及齡男子兵籍調查統計表

兵籍調查是役男徵兵處理的首部曲，其目的是在建立役男個人基本資料，進而統計19歲徵兵及齡男子經調查後之總人數，並了解渠等教育程度、技術專長及兵役狀況，以作為辦理後續徵兵處理之依據。
